When you submit a quote request or contact RenuGrill, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or service location, requested service, and optional notes about your grill. Standard analytics tools may also collect technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to respond to service inquiries, deliver requested quotes, schedule and confirm appointments, send service reminders, and improve our services. We send promotional emails only when you subscribe. The current quote form does not enroll you in optional text follow-ups or Google Customer Match. We may use first-party contact information from verified RenuGrill customers to create a Google Customer Match audience, measure RenuGrill advertising, and show more relevant RenuGrill ads.
3. How We Share Your Information
RenuGrill does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers used to run the business, or with legal authorities when required by law or necessary to protect our rights. For Customer Match, RenuGrill may securely share normalized and hashed contact information from verified first-party customers with Google. Google processes that data under its Customer Match policies.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This site may use cookies and analytics tools to understand aggregate site use. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking through Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5. ChatGPT Advertising Measurement
When you allow advertising measurement, RenuGrill may send OpenAI a record of a completed quote request or purchase associated with a ChatGPT ad. These records include the action, its time, a random event identifier, an ad click reference, and the purchase amount and currency when applicable. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or customer account identifiers in these reports. We request that these events be excluded from future user-level personalization. You can turn this measurement off through Privacy choices. Turning it off stops future reports; it does not automatically remove information already sent. Your preference is saved in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. 6. Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain contact information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, opt out of marketing communications, or request removal from Customer Match at any time by contacting support@renugrill.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption for data transmitted through this site.
8. Third-Party Links and Children’s Privacy
RenuGrill is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from this site. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will be updated for significant changes.
